Mario C. Baudacci is a consultant at PMP Rechtsanwälte AG.
Mario C. Baudacci advises and litigates on behalf of his clients, primarily in contract and corporate law, but also in other areas of law with points of contact to almost every type of commercial activity, such as debt collection and bankruptcy law. He has practiced as a freelance lawyer since 1986 and worked as an associate and partner (including managing partner) in small to big commercial law firms. He has many years of experience providing legal support to SMEs, larger companies, and private individuals. He also serves on boards of directors and acts as an arbitrator.
Mario C. Baudacci studied at the University of Zurich, where he obtained his law degree in 1983 and was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 1986. He practiced law for over a year in Montreal and Toronto in an internationally active law firm.
Mario C. Baudacci is registered with the Attorney registry of the Canton of Zurich. He is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations and was a member of the Board of the Zurich Bar Association from 2003, which he also chaired as President in 2007 and 2008. He is a full member of the Supervisory Commission for Attorneys in the Canton of Zurich.
